Create balance and peace in your face
An aesthetic rhinoplasty or nose surgery aims to improve the appearance of the nose and create balance and peace in your face. We base our work on your unique anatomy and your wishes for an individual, natural, and harmonious result.
Dagmar Klinikken is a specialized clinic with particular expertise in advanced primary aesthetic rhinoplasty, complex cosmetic revision procedures, and reconstructive nasal surgery.
Clinic focus areas
- Individualized examination and surgical planning centered around Vectra H2 3D simulation
- Gentle and advanced techniques
- Many years of solid experience with all types of both primary and revision rhinoplasties
“The nose is one of the face's most character-defining features and is of great importance to the overall impression. My approach to cosmetic nasal surgery is built on respect for the individual person's face and identity. The goal is to create balance between the nose, the face, and the expression the patient wishes to preserve. Therefore, each operation is planned individually with a focus on a natural expression, harmony, and function; both now and in the long term.”

Vectra H2 3D - simulation during the consultation
The process begins with a thorough consultation and conversation. Based on a photorealistic Vectra H2 3D simulation of your nose, we review your wishes, thoughts, and the anatomy of your nose together. This ensures that we can align your expectations and plan the procedure precisely.
The 3D simulation forms the basis for a close and meaningful dialogue and ensures a clear, common understanding of what you want - so you can feel safe and heard in your decision.

In a cosmetic nose surgery or rhinoplasty, the size and shape of the individual parts of the nose's cartilage and bone skeleton are changed.
At Dagmar Klinikken, all rhinoplasties are basically performed as structural interventions, where the nose's skeleton is strengthened at the same time as it is shaped cosmetically.
For less complex interventions, the change of the nose's skeleton can be performed preservationally. This is an alternative technique where the majority of the nasal bridge skeleton is attempted to be preserved.
The technique is particularly good if you want a slightly more natural play over the nose's profile.
Benefits of our technique
- Precision and harmony
- Gentle and accurate correction of bone and cartilage
- Stabilizing techniques that support both function and aesthetics

Advanced Hybrid Surgery
As standard, we use advanced instruments in all cosmetic procedures that support modern hybrid surgery.
The use of a drill to lower and refine the contour of the nasal bridge is a gentle and safe way to achieve a superior and natural result.
- Supports modern structural and hybrid surgery
- Increases control over the height of the nasal bridge
- Minimizes the risk of sharp edges and shadows, leaving the nasal bridge smooth and natural
Preservation Rhinoplasty & Piezo-ultrasound
Preservation rhinoplasties are particularly gentle but also complex surgeries, where the majority of the skeleton is sought to be left untouched.
It is most frequently the nasal bridge that is referred to. And the procedure requires very special equipment and special procedures to be performed safely.
In the most advanced type of preservation surgery, ultrasound vibrations via a special instrument (piezotome) are used to precisely shape the nose's bones instead of traditional hammers and chisels.
This method damages neither the cartilage nor the subcutaneous tissue on the nasal bridge. At Dagmar Klinikken, just such a Piezo is used as standard for this type of procedure.
- Minimal swelling of the skin on the nasal bridge and faster healing
- Unchanged control over the nasal tip
- The original contour is preserved, but leaving a nice smooth, lowered, and harmonious profile
